Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Minique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Minique, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Minique, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship internationally to Mexico. 

Local Delivery Policy

Minique LLC offers local delivery within the following areas:

  • RGV, Texas

Customers outside these areas are encouraged to select standard shipping options.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between [9 AM and 5 PM]. Orders placed by 2 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Flat fee: $5 per delivery

Ensure accurate delivery details and availability during the specified timeframe. Include special instructions at checkout if needed.

Customers will receive email, when orders are out for delivery.

If a delivery fails due to customer absence or incorrect details, one redelivery attempt is free. Additional attempts will cost $5.

Issues with deliveries must be reported within 24 hours. Refunds or replacements are subject to our Refund Policy.
